Terms of Service

Meltha provides AI-powered Christian tools, including:

• AI vs. AI theological debates.
• AI chat features for Bible-based Q&A.
• Faith habit tracking.
• Personalized Bible study tools.

Meltha is available as a free version with core features and an optional subscription (Meltha Solis Premium) for additional functionality.

• Meltha uses third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Anthropic Claude, ElevenLabs, etc.) to provide content.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or theological correctness of AI-generated responses.
• The AI tools are designed for educational and spiritual support purposes only and are not a substitute for reading the Bible, seeking pastoral guidance, or professional theological advice.

• You must create an account with your name, email, and password (handled via Firebase Authentication).
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may request immediate account deletion, including all user data (chats, habits, personalization), by contacting abbeya651@gmail.com or using in-app features.

• You retain full ownership of your habit data, personalization settings, and chat history.
• AI vs. AI debate transcripts and audio files are stored by our system for technical reasons. Users may download these files but cannot access or delete previously generated debates on our servers (except via account deletion, which deletes all user-linked content).
• We use aggregated and anonymized analytics data (via Firebase) to improve performance.

• Premium features ("Meltha Solis") are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchases and managed through RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google, per their policies.

Users agree not to:

• Use Meltha for illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Abuse the AI chat or debate feature (e.g., by submitting harmful or nonsensical debate claims).

All debate claims are automatically verified by AI before being processed.

• Meltha integrates with OpenAI, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Perplexity, Cohere, Anthropic Claude, Firebase, Google Cloud, and RevenueCat.
• By using Meltha, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use poses a risk to our infrastructure or other users.

You may delete your account at any time, and all data will be removed immediately from our servers.

Meltha is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• Misinterpretation of AI responses.
• Data loss due to account deletion.
• Third-party service outages (e.g., OpenAI or Firebase limits).

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of Meltha after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
